Our most fundamental right—the right to life—is in danger due to the everyday plague of gun violence. Due in part to easy access to firearms, whether legal or illicit, more than 600 people pass away every day as a result of firearm violence.
Gun violence can affect everyone, but it frequently has an outsized impact on people of color, men and boys living in underprivileged areas, and other oppressed groups. Women are more likely to die or get very serious injuries in domestic violence involving guns.
Sometimes just seeing a gun can make someone feel intimidated and afraid for their life. They can be too terrified to visit hospitals or schools. Gun violence in the community may hinder the provision of services, which could limit access to education.
Laws designed to prevent children from accessing firearms, including laws imposing criminal liability when a child gains access to a firearm as a result of negligent firearm storage, laws preventing people from providing firearms to minors, and laws requiring safe storage of all firearms in the state. State definitions of "minor" may range from children under 14 to those under 18.
Some states require safe storage or a gun lock—laws designed to limit access to guns by unauthorized users, including minors, by requiring that guns be kept locked in a secure place or requiring a firearm locking device. Massachusetts and Oregon require that all firearms be stored with a lock in place; California, Colorado, Connecticut, New York, and Oklahoma impose gun locking requirements in certain situations. State laws may apply to certain types of guns only, such as handguns or assault weapons, and may be required during gun sales by dealers and/or private gun sales.
The use of weapons safely is a crucial consideration,
It is crucial to establish the prerequisites for the weapons' inaccessibility to people who cannot use them.
It is completely inappropriate for minors to accidentally use weapons.
It's also important to forbid drug users and those with mental illnesses from using weapons.
Our proprietary system promises to safeguard the firearm from unauthorized access, and it goes one step further by effectively freezing the system when someone tries to remove the lock.
We provide three distinct levels of security.
The simplest variation uses a straightforward mechanical key.
The more sophisticated version uses a fingerprint reader.
We provide a unique holster to carry the firearm safely.
Later, the system could be upgraded to track the stolen weapon.
